Sehr nette Wirtin, tolle Lage , sicherer Parkplatz, wunderbares Frühstück

Very cute, clean, located in the center of the town. Nice interior. Although the location is on the main street it’s very quiet.

Struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Oristano, ci sono 3 camere e un piccolo cucinino e terrazzino in comune con dei tavolini. La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con arredi moderni e di recente ristrutturazione, dotata di frigo e aria condizionata. Carla è una host molto gentile e disponibile, non ci siamo incontrate di persona ma la comunicazione è stata sempre puntuale. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è possibilità di parcheggio, sia a pagamento (nella via) sia gratuito (nella via dietro vicino alla posta), nei dintorni ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. È un'ottima base per esplorare i dintorni di Oristano.

Siamo state molto bene, l'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è aggiungere uno stendino (sul terrazzino o in camera). Nota, non negativa ma per conoscenza: le camere sono al 1° piano senza ascensore, le scale sono un po' strette. Per noi comunque non è stato un problema.

Good location, a few minutes walk to the start of the old town.

We had no hot water on the first night. We were told it was sorted/working the next day. My wife had the first shower and it was cold. I had the second shower and it started to get hot. The owner said we need to run the water for longer and so on the final day, I ran the water for five minutes before getting into the shower, and the water was still cold. My wife then had a shower and it was cold too. Tried the tap in all sorts of positions and the temperature never changed. I tried running a tap in the communal kitchen too and after two minutes, the water was still cold. Shower leaked. Bed not comfy. The mattress had ripples all the way through it.
