HemTouch House

Tucked away from the Main Street by a little winding alley-property was clean, staff very welcoming & accommodating- able to arrange late check out. Easy to get Grabs- Local coffee carts outside in the alley which was some local colour. They ask you to pre order the breakfast the night before as they go & buy it locally in the morning. Has Netflix & all mod cons- Central to everything Seemed to be run by 3 young women who were super helpful & courteous Free laundry upstairs Quiet except the local Catholic Church bells ring at 6am

We had one breakfast there & then didn’t bother as we had early starts- but they are able to arrange an earlier time. Honestly nothing wrong with anything- Maybe an earlier breadfast- no big deal.

The location is fabulous! Close to anything and everything you need. Breakfast was great, and you can choose a different breakfast option each day over WhatsApp. Communication with staff was super easy. The room is just as pictured, very spacious and comfortable. There is also a free washing machine and dryer you can use upstairs on the rooftop. I recommend going up at least once and enjoying a beverage if the weather is nice.

The only thing to note is that there is no lift, and if you have a room on the top floors, it's quite a few stairs. However, the staff are lovely and will help you bring your luggage up and down :) Drinks and snacks in the room can be eaten and drunk for a fee; however, there is always free water in the lobby, and you can bring food/snacks back home and store them in the fridge.

We loved staying here during our time in HCM. HemTouch House is an Oasis in the midst of the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh. We really enjoyed being a bit off the beaten track and loved exploring all the little alleys and streets around the accommodation with lots of cafes and restaurants. Our room was clean and the air condition worked properly. The staff were super friendly and were always happy to help if we needed assistance. They even brought our ready-to-send postcards to the post office because we didn’t have enough time to do it ourselves. ❤️ Thank you so much again for hosting us!
