Alcázar Hotel Sóller

Wow. What a stunning a hotel! Everything has been well thought out but the attention to detail is what really makes Hotel Alcázar stand out. Breakfast was well presented with so much choice. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and incredible shower. The underground car park was a huge bonus as parking in Sóller is notoriously difficult. There’s even a lift directly from the car park to the reception area. The hotel itself is 10/10 but the staff were the cherry on top - I’ve never stayed anywhere with such welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff who genuinely enjoyed talking to their guests. I would 100% recommend Hotel Alcázar to anyone visiting Sóller.

Nothing, we couldn’t fault it.

Staff particularly welcoming, friendly and helpful - hotel amenities explained, recommendations, super communicative!

Nothing, was everything we were after

Small boutique hotel and very personal Staff were happy and efficient

Very clean, the staff at the entrance they’re so friendly, the breakfast is so tasty and with multiple options, the location right in centre of Soller and the pool area is quiet and relaxing

The fact they don’t offer two bottles of water for each person, only one and the teas in the room are only black tea what is not very convenient at the night time
