Spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms, an incredibly comfortable bed, great pajamas, and excellent bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, modern and well located, within walking distance of many sights and neighborhoods. Hospitality was good overall, and the coffee at the lobby counter was very good.

The spa massage was by far the biggest disappointment. It was extremely expensive and unfortunately well below average, so I would strongly recommend skipping it. Concierge service was only okay and required quite a bit of follow-up; communication through Booking.com was not very effective, and a missed reservation forced us to rearrange part of our trip. Breakfast was fine but not exceptional, and the breakfast coffee was surprisingly poor.

The breakfast was okay and the breakfast team was very nice and helpful - they prepared especially per our request gluten free pancakes for our celiac kid.

The reception team however was really unfriendly and not flexible - they refused to cancel stay of my son who had to come back a few days earlier. So we had to pay for his stay and breakfast despite he wasn't there. This I found really poor and not client oriented. They told me I could cancel the whole stay if I want. Very unfriendly! The pool was full of screaming kids and it was not possible to use it a normal way (swimming).
