This apartment is in a good and convenient area and had everything we needed to feel at home. You can walk to Montmartre in just 15 minutes and to the Galeries Lafayette / Opera in about 25 minutes. Both bus and metro stations are just a 5-7 minutes away on foot. There is a retail grocery store right nearby for supplies, and a very good bakery just a 5-minute walk away.

Modern, lean and clean. A big food store is at the next building. 350 meter away from Metro line 13. Elevator helps to carry the luggage to 5th floor. There is ventilator for hot days.
The cooking pans and pots need to be renewed. No wine glass, no bottle opener.

Le logement mais surtout la pièce à vivre. L’endroit calme.
Une douche trop petite. On entend beaucoup les voisins, très peu d’insonorisation. Pas de volets donc bien réveillé par la lumière le matin.
