Perfect position to access the beach, good air con and more spacious than expected. Allowed us to get a late check out.

We were 5th floor with 2 young kids. During our stay, from our arrival, the elevators were out of order...the owner knew that when we booked the apartment (I checked it with the concierge) but he did not inform us. Unfair. One day before our arrival, he informed us, but we could not cancel, it was too late. We were offered one night compensation, but I had to pay the commission on PayPal... Unfair.
I don't recommend it.
