Très bien situé , accueil chaleureux

The location is fantastic: just outside the old city walls, few minutes walk to the historic centre.
The fact that it comes with parking and breakfast for this price, makes it even better value.
The staff: both the owner and the maid, were very courteous and helpful.
The bathroom stayed damp all the time and therefore, the towels wouldn’t dry. However, the staff replaced the towels when we asked for it.

Posizione della struttura rispetto le mura della città, infatti era comodissima per entrare da una delle porte della città.
Parcheggio gratuito e nelle vicinanze il supermercato in caso di necessità.

Excellent location close to the city walls and free car parking.
The staff, Samantha, and the owner were both lovely.
We had two rooms. Room 3 was a twin room and the layout was poor making it difficult to access our cases and keep things tidy. Also the bathroom was along a short corridor which went passed an office which meant was neither private nor convenient.
Room 2 was much better although our friend found the ensuite too compact to be comfortable.

"Convenient to Lucca. There is a nice grocery store next door. The host was wonderful! He gave us great suggestions for places to visit and for restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!"
