We had great three days there. After we arrived Xiu cooked delicious dumplings for us. :)
The guest house is very cosy. The furniture is modern and in a high quality. Jack and Xiu are lovely and supportive owners. Whenever we had questions or needed a drive we got help and a nice chat on top.
The house is in a cute village without too many tourists. We became an authentic feeling about living on China countryside and felt like home.

Jack and Xiu are the most amazing hosts. They are such generous funny people. We ate amazing food that they prepared and Jack drove us to all of our adventures. The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. I recommend their place highly. I will be recommending them to everyone we know. Fantastic.
Nothing. All was great

Authentic village stay with hosts that could not do enough for you

This is a wonderful guest house with a great couple running it. The breakfast was good, the room was nice and comfortable. The best part is that the hosts are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. With their help we were able to have a wonderful experience exploring a non-reconstructed section of the Great Wall.
There is nothing you can do about the weather, but our visit coincided with some heavy rains that made arriving and departure from the guest house more difficult and expensive than planned or hoped for.
