The apartment is in a very good location, close to old town, Wawel, tram stops. There is a grocery shop, bakery, places to eat nearby. Although the location is in quite a busy area, it is not noisy inside.

We found the apartment in quite a mess: floor was not swept, surfaces not dusted, dirty dishes in dishwasher, sticky kitchen cupboards, dirty sheets in closet, part of daytime curtain hanging down, not enough night-time curtains for privacy, bugs in pasta jar in the kitchen, etc. This ruined the whole experience. Nevertheless it should be noted that the owners reacted quickly offering cleaning fee reimbursement (27Eur) or possibility to clean the apartment next day. The communication was pleasant, they responded without delay, and asured that apartment will be fully cleaned after we left. Hopefully future guests will have more pleasant experience.
