It fully matches the photos and expectations. It was quiet — that was very important to me! The apartment is on the first floor, right by the entrance door — but the residents didn’t come by often. The windows face the courtyard, but the street itself was also safe and quiet (I would come in at 12 a.m. and leave at 5 a.m.). All the appliances worked properly — the microwave, kettle, washing machine, and iron. The stove also worked, and there was plenty of dishes. The water pressure in the bathroom was good. There was an electric towel warmer — the laundry dried quickly.

It’s a pity there wasn’t a lamp or a sconce — that was the only thing missing. The tap in the bathroom sink is very inconvenient — but that’s a minor issue. There was no air conditioner. The price includes cleaning; 120 euros — there was no cleaning even once during the 10‑day stay, but I didn’t ask for it.

Sophie is a great host, and gives clear instructions for everything. We’ve chosen this apartment for our honeymoon in Paris. Value for money is 10/10! Regarding the complaints from other reviewes, we did not see it honestly. Yes, it is ground floor, but the apartment is looking towards the yard so it’s not loud. The apartment is renovated, the bathroom as well and it’s big enough for two people. Maybe not big enough if you’re both over 2 meters tall and 120kg weight. Overall, very good value for money, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, towels, are all waiting for you and you need 30 minutes max by metro to all the major monuments (including the walk to and from the station).

Maybe the pillow could be more comfortable and sofa deep cleaned, but we did not mind about that. We were walking 15-20km a day for 6 days so we could fall asleep on a rock.

Great location. Once I understood all the instructions on how to access the apartment it was relatively easy to get in and out. Good security. I always felt safe. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was small but quite adequate for one person. The sofa was stained and I felt it was too dirty to sit on. Also the round carpet in the middle of the room was so dirty that I stored it under the sofa. I could have used another blanket and perhaps some dish towels.
