Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, alles neu, blitzblank sauber, angenehmer Duft. Das Badezimmer hat eine perfekte Beleuchtung.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat prima geklappt, es wurde immer umgehend geantwortet und sogar zwischenzeitlich gefragt, ob ich noch etwas benötige.
Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

The apartment was amazing, I liked it a lot. Brand new and smelling very nice. The insulation was good and it contained almost everything you/a family may need. Even an umbrella was there... And the owner was interested on whether your stay is OK or not (she contacted me to ask). Finally, it was very affordable.
Far from both the city center and the bus/train station. You needed public transport to move. Or to walk 30'. Also, the curtains were not black-out, so you may have issues if you don't want any light while sleeping, like me (the reason I deducted 1 point from the score). Also, maybe provide some paper in case the tenant wants to clean something.

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della stanza, il bagno e l'attenzione ai dettagli, come la presenza dei prodotti monouso messi a disposizione. I rumori della auto in strada si sentono poco durante la notte, ottimo!
Unica pecca è la tenda nera oscurante, nonostante sia una buona idea purtroppo lascia passare parecchia luce al mattino presto. L'altra pecca è il parcheggio a pagamento, ma non è colpa della struttura ovviamente!
