The property is an old school family retreat. The amenities have improved over the years. The pool areas is much cleaner and more upscale than it used to be. The beach services are amazing, as is the new Walnut Lounge (Bar on the Beach). I absolutely love this property. The private beach is fabulous.
I love having barbecues on the beach with tables set up for your entire family to enjoy a sit down dinner.
If you are looking for a brand new, marble clad hotel, this isn't it. If you want a relaxed upscale beach experience you can't go wrong with this property.

Been coming to this property for many years and it never disappoints. Staying here feels like a throwback to another era : family friendly; beach is glorious; great amenities; and excellent food.
