I loved the location and the cleanliness of the room, but I think the front desk staff on the night shift could be friendlier.

Victoria was at the front desk and was both friendly and helpful. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. Housekeeping was great and much appreciated. When we returned to our room after a long day of walking and sightseeing they had water in our room ready for us.
This was a perfect spot to stay. It was in close walking distance to everything we wanted to see, restaurants, shopping and activities. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Victoria Regent Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic accommodations. Gorgeous view, plenty of space, so convenient to harbour, Bastion Square, pubs, restaurants and shopping. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else while visiting Victoria. Top notch!
