The room was clean. Except there was gum stuck to the floor, probably still there. The sink looked horrible. They had painted it but some dark spots showed through. It was still very usable. More of an appearance issue.

We used public transportation rather than rent a car: The bus stop was conveniently located right outside of the hotel for local use or for a transfer to the Amtrak station; restaurant options were within walking distance, and Ubers were available within minutes.

I have stayed there several times. If I’m in need and in the area, as I travel a lot, I always seek them out, even if I have to travel a little further. Rooms are clean, well stocked (towels, coffee, remote that works)….its always the little things. The front desk staff is friendly.
There is some construction on the adjoining properties, but they don’t miss a beat. Obviously I will gladly be staying there again.
