We are at the restaurant is was not great . The Hotel and location was outstanding but substandard toiletries , they gave you little tubes which you would expect in a cheap hotel . We were always running out of shower gel as you only hit one wash with the tube. Everything else was fantastic . Hence the 4 stars would have given them 5

We enjoyed a magical weekend in Lake Como and our stay at Villa Flori was a large part of that. The staff was so welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. They packed up a wonderful picnic for a boat ride with friends, were attentive at all restaurant interactions, and so helpful in securing taxis. The piano player on the balcony during cocktail hour was a pleasant surprise to hear from our room and the views cannot be beat. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered plentiful options. It is also a lovely location that offers a very doable walk to town along the water, Highly recommend!!
