Hotel itself was great and staff fantastic but this hotel has THE WORST parking garage. Very small and cramped and some open spots were inaccessible to anything but a subcompact car.

We loved our stay at this property. Excellent location, walking distance to all Canada Day festivities at Lebreton Flats and Parliament Hill. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was a lifesaver during this heat wave. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the restaurant, but found there wasn’t the best selection at breakfast. It was quiet and comfortable at night. We did notice a few parts of the room that weren’t cleaned, mostly behind chairs, but overall it felt clean and well maintained. We appreciated the Dove bathroom products. It would help to have a slightly larger mini fridge to fit leftovers, but it worked. Thank you for the great stay!

If you want any room service you must ask for it.

I was surprised that a Holiday Inn didn't have coffee out in the lobby. However, the front desk agent more than made up for it by grabbing me a fresh cup from the attached restaurant！
The shower water pressure was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the A/C cranked。

"Clean, updated room very well laid out. Comfortable bed and all the in room amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
