First off the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the twigs restaurant. All staff worked very hard, but it didn’t seem to be run as efficiently as it could, and in fact, I stood in line for a bit to get breakfast and decided it was gonna take too long, so ended up going to their coffee bar, which was fabulous. Other than that major kudos and thanks to everyone here.

Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Finding the lobby was confusing with the contraction but other than that it was a great place to stay.
