Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Garcia for his outstanding customer service. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels should have always clean towels available and not run out.
Despite these minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service we received from Mr. Garcia.
