Excellent room, facilities, staff and location. We had a wonderful stay at the Francis Hotel

Had to wait 10mins for a table on both mornings. Breakfast was a buffet style which was not well replenished and out of items. Pretty disappointing choice of self serve items for a hotel of this rating.
