Amazing hotel! The staff were fantastic—
so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent service in the morning. The location is perfect too. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable!
P.S. We loved the pillows! Would you mind telling us where they’re from?

Beautiful property and room in Kensington. Easy Walk to Tube. Staff was polite and professional.

Great hotel, but if you use the bar, make sure they don’t charge you £14 for bringing the drink to your table, I questioned it and got it taken off the bill

Excellent overall. Only problem was access to my room on 5th floor. Lift to 4th floor then a long walk and up a flight of stairs.
