Breakfast was better than most places. I would stay here again. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Property could use some TLC. Wallpaper coming down. Only one elevator was working. Flags on poles were torn. Staff was very nice and helpful and I liked the location.

The place was perfect. Nothing fancy. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good water pressure. OK, so the couch in our room was terribly uncomfortable, but we'll definitely stay here again next year for ShoalsFest.
