The staff was wonderful. The receptionists were warm and friendly. Most staff greeted us in the halls and said hello, some acknowledged us with a nod. The breakfast had variety and was well stocked. The eggs, bacon and sausages were barely lukewarm. We enjoyed our stay.

We had trash in our trash when we arrived from the people who stayed in the room before us

We had a great two-night stay at this hotel, checked in by a young lady at the front desk named Sandy whose friendliness and helpfulness are unsurpassed in any other hotel we've stayed at. Our room was spotless and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, linen was fresh. Free breakfast in the lobby was better than most, and free coffee was always available. This Comfort Inn has become a go-to place for us when we're in the Syracuse area, and we'll be back.
