The exterior was fairly ordinary, but the inside was very clean and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The AC unit is missing a bottom cover that exposed wires hazard. Also the air filter needs to be replaced.

Great location and it was close to many shopping stores and restaurants. Staffs were courteous. Room was in good size but it had some musty smell. We had 2 dirty towels among many towels. I didn't bother to tell staff. Breakfast area was small and it was not good. However, it was good stay overall.

The room was clean. The morning staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to many food options and very close to Buttermilk Falls.
Of note, there are some is no elevator so if you're not good with stairs I would request a room on the first floor.
