I would like to recognize this establishment and its employees for impeccable customer service, esthetic design, the pool, and desired location. I am also writing today to make you aware of several hotel inconveniences and suggested improvements so that your establishment remains the priority choice for travelers such as myself. I arrived at the hotel on July 2, 2026. I was greeted by Paul, the door man, who is always so pleasant and helpful. This is about my fifth time visiting the hotel over the past few years. You see, I've been visiting Miami since 2012 but only learned of your establishment several years ago. Since my first stay, I have not returned to another hotel and have brought several new guests to your establishment, When we arrived (sometime after 1 p.m.),myself and accompanied friend checked in early; which we very much appreciated. I quickly changed my clothes to take a quick dip in the pool. I was met with a very warm pool and exited within a few minutes. I brushed it off and hoped the pool's temperature would be cooler the next day. It was not. The bathwater-like temperature was not typical of my experience in any pool and certainly was not the standard for this pool. I had spoken to other hotel visitors who were just as dissatisfied and brought this to the attention of the hotel staff. For the entire trip, I was not able to use the pool due to mild pool temperatures and a concern this water may encourage unsafe bacteria growth.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Pool area was nice. Amazing location. Would definitely go back.
