Second time staying here

Check in was a breeze, our room was so comfortable, quiet, and clean. We were in town to celebrate my 60 year high school reunion, reserved three (Thursday,Friday,Saturday) days. Unfortunately, we received a phone call about a family emergency and had to check out Saturday morning to drive home to Tennessee. The young man checking us out assured me he would check with his manager to see if we could get a partial refund for our stay, I’m hoping we can, but that right now is not looking likely.
