8 / 10Doskonały·lip 2026
The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water.
The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety.
On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful.
The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience would be much better if they improved the housekeeping and breakfast quality.

We liked the location as it’s pretty easy to get into the center as the bus or tram are not far from hotel at all. Great amenities here. Loved the lounge and bar area.

Late night arrival due to a delayed flight but the staff managed to get me a sandwich which was well received. Nice hotel and good breakfast.
