Jamie was very helpful and professional. She was actually training another employee when we checked in. We met up in the morning again during breakfast and checking out, and even that was done efficiently, easy peasy. We stayed at a Quality Inn in LA and had a great experience, so we decided to stick with the brand. We'd definitely stay there again.
Mahalo nui Jamie & Staff from the family that drove 12+ hours to get there!
