A very comfortable place to stay in the perfect central location. A clean, modernized hotel with a lot of historical charm, and a friendly responsive staff - our go-to for the Kitchener area!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Forgot to bring my HDMI cable and asked front desk if they have spare, originally she said they don’t have it but after awhile, she found it and delivered it to my room. The room is very clean. The hotel location is pretty good, it’s walkable distance to the Main Street in Kitchener, especially I brought my puppy with me this time, the park is also a walkable distance.
