The hotel one of the best in Bath and it was not our first visit. The hotel has a fine ambiance - maybe some redecoration is needed- a good pool - attentive staff
- and a great British Breakfast!
Good parking and a good walk into Bath

There was a problem with the room. But they did move us. I don't think Pets should be allowed in a hotel like this, we were moved as the room next door had a barking dog.
Otherwise, beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff at breakfast very welcoming, good quality food. Spa was clean. And a good stay
