Everything was good

The key didn't open the room. The TV has to be reset for input every time it's turned on. The TV guide is useless. Almost every channel shows "No Information". The staff is excellent, quickly resolving any issues.

Everything went well. The room has a small kitchen for convenience and was clean, which is always the most pleasant thing.
The hotel is about 30 min drive from Ithaca.
