Staff are very friendly and caring.
It is an old building so cant expect it to be perfect. Our room was nice and on a very hot night, they had put a fan in our room, so slept well.
Breakfast could be better. If you dont want a cooked breakfast (which was freshly cooked for us), there is little choice.
Definitely stay there again

We absolutely loved our stay at Pettifers Freehouse Hotel! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the best customer service, it felt like they couldn’t have done more for us! We have a little toddler and was giving us recommendations for parks close by etc.
The vibe and design of the hotel was very unique and stunning! The room was great, the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was a bit dated but that doesn’t affect the use. The dinner was so yummy and really good prices for what you got, also the breakfast was just as amazing. Overall absolutely lovely stay and definitely would love to come back!
