Do you read and take action for these items? Please pass them to BW CEO:
It is a very nice property and will rate excellent with:
A room safe.
Pillows as good as Hampton Inn
Spare blanket in room
Safety rail for tub in better position (older people travel too)
Change out the one grumpy front desk attendant. The other is fine.
I've consulted in upscale hotel biz in eight countries so I'm giving you guys advice without the fees.
Have skipped mention of room AC which is noisy in 127 (just my bad luck maybe) and one light bulb out in lobby/ lounge overhead "chandelier" (it's hard to get to).
Thanks.

Clean room. Comfortable bed.
A/C noisy...
Didn't enjoy breakfast. Woke up late both mornings.
Staff at the Front desk was OK.

No problems with the room or the pool. The only thing was that we had to go to the front desk every morning to re-activate the room key.
