My wife and I slept on the 1st floor, and we could hear loud footsteps from the guests directly above us. These bottom floor rooms really need to be retrofitted with resilient ceilings. Also, the duvet cover was too warm for July. I had to ask for a separate blanket at from desk, and I slept much better. The staff were very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Location is amazing. Love the free breakfast. The pool was a little hot compared to normal temp. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Easy check in and out. We've stayed here before and will be back. I think the only thing is not sure why family rooms weren't on the bottom floor, as we were on the bottom and can hear kids running and jumping above us. Not that it was a big deal to us. We enjoyed our stay.
