The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I need to extend my room for an extra night and they took care of it for me with no problem. Great breakfast, great rooms and great staff overall definitely will be staying here again. Not to mention any and everything you need is with in 5mins

Staff need to be more assertive while facing an incident with a possible fire.
There were not enough staff members at night to support customers during the emergency.
Nee to be more proactive and clear.

Hotel seemed run down. Pool wasn’t clean. Carpets looked old, however staff was friendly.
