The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They were available 24/7 and helped us numerous times. They spoke very good English.

The hotel’s location is great. It’s a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and Ste. Chappelle. The area is safe and convenient to Metro and bus lines.
We had a triple room on the 5th floor. Everything was clean, in good condition, and relatively spacious for an old French hotel room. Bonus was a balcony! The bathroom was large and had good soap and hair care products. Housekeeping was very good and came every day. Air conditioning was great, like an American would like! Breakfast was very good. The property is well-kept.
I think this hotel is much nicer than most of the 3-star hotels in France. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a traditional French hotel.

Great location. Room was very small for 2 people but the bed was very comfortable. Excellent soundproofing when windows closed from the noise of the café across the street.

Lovely, peaceful, light-filled room in a great location - and with particularly great breakfasts!
