Clean room and the decor was nice however it was a little small, the elevator was very annoying, slow and the screen showed the incorrect floor. The staff was helpful but also a little slow.
The room overall had a comfortable bed and very nice bedding. However the air conditioning was quite poor, it didn’t feel very powerful at all, the shower head was also a little grimy and stuck to the wall which is a little annoying, but I think the positives far outweighed the negatives and for £185 for the night I’d definitely stay again

They need mini fridges in the rooms as I was traveling with medication and it needed to be refrigerated

Room was small for 2 people but comfy and hotel location near St Pancras was very good. We could get into our room before 3pm checkin. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. The Memoir Club is a nice place to stay. Staff were very helpful.
