The room was great and the restaurant was excellent. However, this hotel was advertised with airport shuttle included. I was unable to book the shuttle beforehand via email and had to pay for a taxi to take me back to the airport. The shuttle was a major reason that I chose this hotel so next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

Very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the South Indian dishes. The staff were kind and welcoming — especially the lady at the restaurant, who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Facilities were fine for the price.
They didn’t have shuttle service to airport as mentioned in Expedia, but they called a taxi, Rs 400 about $5. Very close to the airport.
Expedia needs to check and correct about airport shuttle.
