The requirement to carry a physical card for checking in is astounding! We booked online but had to make a $100 transaction to cover mini bar

We have stayed here multiple times and generally quite good. Breakfast not quite there anymore so will prob not partake in the future. As always the staff are exceptional and are so friendly and helpful. Overall we usually stay a couple of nights to use as our base to explore. We will be back.
