Excellent stay in Bern less price and great hotel/room/facilities. Friendly staff. Near downtown. Tram stairs just outside of the hotel.

The property was nice. Clean, well maintained. It is air cooled, not air conditioned, so it’s not like the US, but some relief from the heat exists. The staff provided me a fan and changed my room to improve my comfort. I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the breakfast. Overall, a fine hotel with fine staff.

Excellent hotel in every-way. Breakfast wonderful and the room was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside around the garden. The Staff are amazing and transport links are incredible. The only hotel you should think of as a base to explore switzerland.
