great view nice high floor (22nd) .. helpful staff .. one of the best breakfasts I have had all cooked just righ .. location was very close to many things ..
room seemed to be not made up correctly with a missing bathrobe and the toiletries had a few missing and bins unlined(although maybe they are meant to be like that))
overall great spot

We loved our stay here, what really made it a great stay was the staff. Every single staff member was so genuinely lovely and helpful. Not over the top or stiff, just genuine interactions.
Valet parking was extremely quick with friendly & fantastic staff. Breakfast was great, wonderful staff again. Front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Executive lounge was nice bonus. Our room was lovely with a view of the bridge. My only criticism is the shower has very low pressure if you need to wash your hair. And the room was a bit stuffy, we noticed we felt very blocked up when we were in there for a long time and felt better once we were outside. It might’ve been from all of the recent rain perhaps. Not a huge issue, we mentioned to front desk upon check out and they appreciated the feedback and said would look into it.
We would stay again without hesitation and recommend to friend and family.
