It is a good plane hotel, perfectly comfortable and well equipped for an old wheelchair user. The Parking garage reached by the lift was a bonus. It is a bit too far for us to walk to sites but the red hop on hop off bus stops just outside every 30 minutes in the high season. We were passing by car from UK and I wanted to revisit Hamburg where I lived for a year 65 years ago. It worked well for us and many younger people too.

Staff was very helpful. Parking is well loaded. Very nice around area!
But...
Brackfest rate of value was very low as price was high, but choice was poor.
Air conditioner wasn't working, it's wasn't possible to switch it on.
In any case the general impression was good.

Amazing stay, amazing staff and clean rooms. Wanted to give five stars, but the only thing lacking was ironing boards in the rooms. Have to go downstairs to an “ironing room” which is jarring

Negativ was that there was no resturant at the hotel for a quick dinner
