Hotel was clean & comfortable. All of the staff were amazing, from check-in to breakfast. The location was pretty good, although not as close to the Mall as the name suggests.
My only negative was that the air-conditioning in my room was very noisy. It was a pretty old-fashioned unit. Don’t know if the units in all rooms are as noisy.
The cost of the room via Expedia was crazy, (esp. 1st night), but it was the weekend of a World Cup match in Miami, so rooms throughout the city were very limited availability.

Everything was very clean, from the dining and other public areas, to sell surfaces in my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My server and barista at the breakfast bistro went out of her way to make sure my eggs were done the way I wanted them and her smile brightened my morning.
