The front desk staff were wonderful. They made it very clear that they were there to help you in any way they could. Even if your problem was completely unrelated to the hotel, if they knew or heard about it, they would do their best to come up with a solution and often did.
The icing on the cake was that they were at that front desk 24 hours, 7 days a week!
Although the food at breakfast was plentiful and varied, it was definitely not a good culinary experience. The quality of the food was good, but the entrees were exceedingly bland and left much to be desired.
Nevertheless, the breakfast staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean, refreshed, and filled.
Our daily breakfast lady made sure we all knew that she was happy to be there at our beck and call. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was middle-aged with blonde hair and there every weekday morning. She was a class act and could probably manage whole building with a smile!
