Hard to find desk person always away from the desk

Good room, a suite, clean and comfortable. But, no frills. No ice, no food, no health club no maid service, etc.

Everything was good. However, I only got my room cleaned one time.

Newer bed. But super hard. Clean kitchen, but dated. Quiet.
However, A/c filter filthy. Dirt spewing out of it. I had to vacuum it out. Room carpet stained and cowebs and layers of dirt around baseboards. Again, I had to clean them.
Some staff were nice, others were rude.
