Fresh cooked breakfast ready and waiting for us in the dining hall was an exciting experience. Music playing, fresh coffee, nice cozy personal ambiance, food was deliciously flavorful and a few options to chose from. Place is extremely clean, open to tour open spaces, and the history is super cool. Pillows and beds very comfortable and had to ask what brand everything was so I could order for my home. Jim is super friendly and sociable and we really enjoyed his hospitality. This is our 2nd time staying here, and will be back for sure.

Our stay at the HyGrade Inn was excellent! We've never stayed at a B&B and this one will be hard to beat! The uniqueness of the Inn was phenomenal! The one owner, Jim was great, the knowledge and the stories of the quaint town of Emporium was so interesting. He told us where and when to go to most likely see some Elk, and we did see some! The food was excellent. Will most definitely come again! 🙂
