The public restroom closed to the lobby was dirty and smelly, one of the toilets won’t flush.I told someone at the desk but nothing was done.

Beautiful place to stay. Wonderful people. It did not disappoint.
6 / 10Średni·mar 2026
Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.
