The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it.

Not 4 star but could not argue with the value for money.

Allocated a room in Iguana block - very strong smell of cannabis. Not great first impressions or aroma for a family hotel. Room was clean on arrival, but looked tired and dated. Very thin walls and poor window insulation, we could hear the person next door snoring and sound of the train announcements from the station. Also very cramped for a family of 4, two double beds pushed together - very cosy!!
There was a big clump of black hair that sat outside our room for the duration of our stay (3 nights) - the corridors needed a good vacuum. The lift was broken upon arrival and still not fixed when we left.
Breakfast was busy, but had good variety and was well stocked.
We used the luggage storage facility on departure costing 6euros. The machine glitched meaning our luggage was stuck as the door would not open!! Fortunately the concierge on duty was very helpful and was able to reboot the system and release the door.
Not sure it’s 4*.
