The room that we stayed in was a bit outdated. The beds were really soft, probably not recommendable for someone with back issues. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. After a shower it took about a half hour to get all the water out. The inside pool area was extremely chlorinated. Made your eyes burn. The staff we encountered were all very nice. The beach area was very clean. The tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura made the stay well worth the money.

Great place to stay. I really liked the different access to locations and the Zoo nearby. Overall had a good experience staying here. Beach view was nice and staff was helpful with questions and requests.
