The front desk personal was the greatest
The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.

Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!
