Hyatt place Lombard is a nice stay.
The Ok:
Hotel its self could a use little renovation. Elevators seems like they could use some Maintinence. Morning breakfast was ok. Cold most days. Wish the parking was better lit especially in the back parking lot
If staying multiple days. Be prepared for a steep deposit. $50 per night instead of one flat rate.
If you want your rooms cleaned you have to let the front desk know to put you down for a scheduled room clean
The Good:
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Staff was very attentive and super helpful. Especially the manager on duty.
Any problems we had he handled super quickly and got it done right away.
Location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and shops around Lomard.
Overall would stay here again if we were to come back to Lombard
